Air conditioning did not work correctly, could not open windows in room

You look at the out side of the hotel and you think that this place is not very good,but once inside very nice,i will stay there again.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a strip mall and a local favorite Mexican restaurant, providing easy access to shopping and dining options. it offers a shuttle service for various events, making it convenient. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice desks and some even offer a view of the parking lot and the nearby river. the breakfast buffet is included and offers a wide variety of choices, including scrambled eggs, sausages, hash browns, and a fresh waffle maker.

The hotel charges guests an additional fee for a small fridge, which should ideally be included in the room amenities.

it didnt seem very new or very clean. old tvs. old bldg.

The hotel staff was very helpful.

The breakfast was always the same. Eggs, bacon, potato,. They should try cheese, vegetables tomatoes etc. in the breakfast.

Good breakfast with fresh food, and the staff was very friendly. the location was ideal, within walking distance of several attractions. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.

The room was old and in need of renovations. the wallpaper was peeling, and there were stains on the bathroom door.

You should not mention free shuttle if you dont pickup ,and you should offer airport shuttle as well.

Many positives about the hotel: room appeared to be very clean, continental breakfast was nice, pets allowed, and smoking room could be booked. It was also centrally located to where we were visiting. Additionally, we arrived around 11am and were allowed to check into our room about 4 hours early, at no additional charge. That was a big plus for us.

The hotel could use some updating. The rooms and the building itself have a dated appearance. In spite of that, my overall impression was one of being pleasantly surprised.

I was very surprised to see how beautiful the hotel and rooms were for the price.

I was pleasantly surprised. It is not a name I had heard before and was a little skeptical. The rooms were clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. Best of all there is bar in the lobby, a really nice one. My husband and I have stayed at many hotels for soccer or LAX trips and we adults would like a drink at the end of the day next time I am in Columbus I will definitively be back.
