You look at the out side of the hotel and you think that this place is not very good, but once inside very nice,i will stay there again.
Out side look
Shuttle servide to Ohio State University
Air conditioning did not work correctly, could not open windows in room
busters food was good
it didnt seem very new or very clean. old tvs. old bldg.
The hotel staff was very helpful.
The breakfast was always the same. Eggs, bacon, potato,. They should try cheese, vegetables tomatoes etc. in the breakfast.
The breakfast was great
You should not mention free shuttle if you dont pickup ,and you should offer airport shuttle as well.
Many positives about the hotel: room appeared to be very clean, continental breakfast was nice, pets allowed, and smoking room could be booked. It was also centrally located to where we were visiting. Additionally, we arrived around 11am and were allowed to check into our room about 4 hours early, at no additional charge. That was a big plus for us.
The hotel could use some updating. The rooms and the building itself have a dated appearance. In spite of that, my overall impression was one of being pleasantly surprised.
Little too far of walk to stadium.
Ease of check in and very good buffet.. The coffee was Great!!
Old elevators.. Sort of smelly like urine
I was very surprised to see how beautiful the hotel and rooms were for the price.
I was pleasantly surprised. It is not a name I had heard before and was a little skeptical. The rooms were clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. Best of all there is bar in the lobby, a really nice one. My husband and I have stayed at many hotels for soccer or LAX trips and we adults would like a drink at the end of the day next time I am in Columbus I will definitively be back.
staff and smoking room
both mattresses are in poor condition need replaced
The location to OSU was great.
Well equiped rooms with phone tv data wifi etc. Plenty of seating in the room.
It was close to our destination, Ohio State area. comfortable bed, easy check in, quiet; smoking room didn't smell like one as we are non smokers but took the room because we wanted something close to the area in which it was located
Breakfast on Sun AM didn't start early enough for us since we were in town for Columbus City marathon & needed to pick up participants before we could've eaten.
Close proximity to osu, where our son had a campus visit scheduled for the next day. Complimentary breakfast was ok.
Bathroom was not the cleanest; tile around shower had stains in grout (looked like mildew), tub had rust stains and water pressure was poor. Not enough electrical outlets in room (I use c-pap and had to place the machine on a chair because the only outlet was located away from the bedside stand).
